General Refund Terms
Products purchased from HostDatum may be eligible for a refund only if canceled within the specified refund period. Certain products and services are non-refundable, as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted through the Client Area and will be reviewed accordingly.
Once a cancellation request is processed, HostDatum is not responsible for any data loss resulting from service termination.
Refund Eligibility
Important Notes:

| Within 30 Days | Eligible for a refund on hosting services, including Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Windows Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Game Hosting. |
| After 30 Days | No refunds are available beyond the 30-day period. |
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfer fees are non-refundable.
- Add-ons and software licenses (such as cPanel, Plesk, ISPmanager, SSL certificates) are non-refundable.
- If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, an account credit may be provided as an alternative.
- Services purchased via cryptocurrency, digital assets, checks, money orders, or bank wire transfers are non-refundable.
- If your hosting plan includes a free domain name and you cancel within one year, a standard domain fee of $16.99 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Policy by Hosting Plan
Shared, Reseller & WordPress Hosting
- Full refund available if canceled within 30 days.
- Biennial and triennial plans are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds apply only to the first hosting package purchased.
VPS Hosting (Linux, Windows)
- Eligible for a full refund if canceled within 30 days.
- Refunds do not apply to yearly, biennial, or triennial plans.
- Funds added to the account credit balance are non-refundable after service usage.
VDS Hosting (Linux, Windows, Mac)
- Eligible for a full refund if canceled within 7 days.
- Only applies to the first purchase and VDS plans below $96.50.
- Yearly and long-term contracts are not refundable.
Dedicated Servers (Bare Metal)
- Due to hardware and installation costs, Dedicated Servers are non-refundable.
Mac Hosting
- Mac VPS Hosting: Eligible for a full refund if canceled within 15 days.
- Mac VDS Hosting: Follows the same policy as VDS Hosting.
- Mac Dedicated Hosting: Non-refundable
Other Hosting Services (Radio, PHP, Node.js, etc.)
- Full refund available within 30 days.
- Refunds apply only to the first purchased package.
Professional Services
- If the requested service has already been performed, it is non-refundable.
- If not performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Chargeback & Disputes
To resolve any billing concerns, please contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback or dispute. If a chargeback is filed, the following consequences apply:
- Your HostDatum account will be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
- Any outstanding balances, including chargeback fees, must be settled before service reactivation.
- In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and all associated data.
To resume services after a chargeback, you must:
- Provide proof of payment.
- Pay any applicable fees, including chargeback processing costs.
We encourage all customers to reach out to our Customer Support team before filing a dispute to prevent unnecessary service interruptions and fees.
